Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3- 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to receive and process your order. If you need an order expedited, let us know by emailing us at help@therooco.com. Please note we only ship within the USA!
However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. We will keep you updated the whole way.

How much does Shipping cost?
The shipping rate is charged based on the weight of your products, location and the arrival date. Before confirming your order in the checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping.
How can I change the address on my order?
If your product has not shipped yet, feel free to send us an email at help@therooco.com and we can change it for you. If your product has shipped, then we wont be able to change the address. Please contact the carrier directly to see if they are able to reroute the order.
Do you cover duties and taxes?
Since we only ship to the United States at the moment, we do not cover the costs of duties and taxes.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders $80 and above are eligible for free shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or refunds ?
Yes we do! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email help@therooco.com with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Product Questions
What type of wax do you use in the candles?
We use coconut soy wax that is sourced in the USA.
How do I burn a wooden wick candle?
Burning a wooden wick candle is similar to a cotton wicked candle. However there are specific candle care instructions that we recommend that you follow:
- Avoid excessive burn time, no more than 4 hours is recommended
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Trim the wick to 1/4 " tall before every burn to keep the wax clean and burning nicely
- Allow candle to melt to the edge of the vessel. This prevents future tunneling
- Keep out of reach of pets and children

We use a clean coconut soy wax, FSC-certified wooden wicks, and fragrances that are free from phthalates, parabens, and toxins.

What kind of scent profiles do you use?
We build our fragrances around familiar, comforting notes—like coffee, tea, woods, fruit, vanilla, and soft smoke.

Are your candles non-toxic and clean?
Yes. Our candles are made with clean, sustainably sourced ingredients.
They are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from phthalates, parabens, gluten, and toxins.
